Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.



Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Shipping in the Continental USA is via UPS Ground and is based on weight of the fabric shipping from our zip code to yours.  Shopping from outside the continental USA, no problem, just email us with your country, postal code and how many yards you are interested and we'll get you a quote.  All International (Including HI, AK and PR) ship via USPS International Priority Service (Insured with a tracking #), delivery is generally 6-10 days.

All orders ship as continuous yardage unless you are buying a pre-cut item, then the size of the cuts is listed in the item description.

Orders 10 yards and under ship folded.  Orders 11 yards and up ship on the bolt. 

Upholstery Fabric is 8oz Weight

Marine Fabric is 9.25oz Weight

International Orders (Including HI, AK & PR) ship via USPS 6-10 Day Delivery Service.  Please email us for quotes before bidding.  Rates are based on weight.

We ship Monday - Friday

Orders generally ship within 3 business days.
